Service Description

Initial: Review client's history, birth beliefs & preferences, nutrition, & lifestyle. Includes general prenatal: vitals, urinalysis, fundal height/listen to heart tones, general physical. Possibly, initial labs. Discussion regarding pregnancy, development, and birth. 1st Trimester: general prenatal, monthly. Initial labs. 2nd Trimester: general prenatal, monthly & one in client's home. 3rd Trimester: 28 week labs, general prenatal every-other-week until 36 weeks. 36 week home visit: prenatal, review of client's preference, discuss labor contact, transfer preferences, & any other considerations. Anyone planning to attend the birth is welcome! 37 weeks - birth: weekly prenatal, more often if needed Other labs may be considered throughout pregnancy.
